Shipping
Shipping is based on three categories—small, medium, and large packages—and you will be charged according to the size and weight of your items. All orders will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information once shipped.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. As a small, locally owned business, we appreciate your patience and support—it truly means a lot to our ʻohana!

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new, sellable condition, with tags attached and the original receipt included.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

For all return requests, please email us at surfnsea@surfnsea.com and include "Return Request" in the subject line so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

For any questions or concerns about your online order, you can reach us by phone, email, or through our website. Most customers get in touch via phone or email.

Order and customer records are securely stored in our e-commerce system. Paper copies of completed orders and receipts are also kept on file.
